Critter #2 is teething, can you believe she is already 3 months old? Due to the teething she wants to be help lots now. I was able to get a lot of knitting done previously to this and almost was able to finish the Nancy Bush Eesti Hiking Trail socks in time for the Sockdown June Challenge. Oh, well. It was a nice pattern and confirmed that I'm not fond of colorwork. The socks are comfy and good looking, and I am proud of them.
I also was able to finish the Spring Forward Socks (Knitty.com) before all this growing baby teeth business got out of hand. I used my own Handpainted Merino/Silk (70/30) Sock Yarn in my Blue Lagoon colorway and US 1 (2.25 mm) needles. Love the yarn, so soft, much easier on the hands than any other sock yarn I've knit with and luscious on the feet!
This pattern is so easy to memorize, even for me. I really recommend it for solid and semisolid yarns, too many colors will crowd out the pretty lace pattern.

Those are both gorgeous!
